Rocket Attack in Bilozirka, Kherson Region: Social Worker Injured

On October 16, 2024, at 5:55 PM, the village of Bilozirka, Kherson region, was hit by a rocket attack, causing tragic consequences. As a result, social worker Galyna from "Caritas-Spes-Odessa" was injured.

Medical workers quickly arrived and found she had shrapnel injuries to her limbs. She was taken to the regional hospital in Kherson, where she underwent surgery. Her condition is stable, with no threat to her life, but she requires rehabilitation.

Additionally, the apartment building where social workers, including Galyna and her colleague Olena, live had its roof damaged. Thankfully, Olena was unharmed.
