New Hope Project Launched: Assisting Families Escaping the War -

Sometimes a new chapter in life doesn’t begin with plans, but with the urgent decision to protect yourself and your loved ones. This was the first step for 21 Ukrainians in Zhytomyr region, including 12 children, as they joined the HOPE: Operations for Protection and Evacuation project. These are families from Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Dnipropetrovsk regions who left behind homes that were once places of safety, now turned into zones of danger.

The first 10 days in our project will be a time to catch their breath. Our team is here to provide support: offering immediate psychological assistance, addressing basic needs, and gradually restoring a sense of stability. Later, we will provide individualized social support and psychosocial care tailored to each family’s specific needs.

HOPE is not just about evacuation. It’s about the opportunity to feel solid ground beneath your feet again, gather inner strength, and believe that еven after a difficult journey, one can begin again.
