The recruitment of participants for the Training of Trainers (TOT) has begun!

We invite teams (2-3 people) from each diocese of Caritas-Spes Ukraine, who have ambitious goals aiming at self-development, their community and Ukraine development, and who are eager to achieve them.

The TOT participants will become professional trainers and will be able to acquire unique knowledge and skills in the use of interactive methods and online tools, as well as group dynamics management and successful teamwork, peculiarities of working with educational and informational content of the training, master the tricks of writing social action projects (SAPs), etc.

The training will be held within the project Development of Local Self-Organization and Civic Engagement in Ukraine, implemented by Caritas-Spes Ukraine.

The teams’ training will take place during September-October 2020 online.

The training course consists of three blocks:

• I - Training "Basic knowledge and skills of conducting trainings on writing social action projects", September 2020 
• II - Conducting one practical session within the Autumn Project School framework (moderated by expert consultants), September-October 2020
• III - Training "Analysis of the training and work on coaching skills", October 2020

We expect from our participants:

• Previous experience in social service, social initiatives implementation;
• Readiness to establish partnerships and coordinated actions with local authorities, public formations (individual activists, leaders) and business;
• Willingness to learn and actively participate in all the activities and events of the program;
• Readiness to study in the intervals between modules. Responsible attitude and timely performance of trainers tasks.

Participants who successfully complete the training course and conduct pilot training will receive certificates. Only those participants who fulfill all the conditions will become our ambassadors and will be involved on a contractual basis in providing training for active parishioners within the framework of the project Development of Local Self-Organization and Civic Engagement in Ukraine and other initiatives. The amount of financial reward will be agreed upon additionally.

The TOT is conducted by certified trainers. The working language is Ukrainian.

The number of places is limited. Participants will be selected on a competitive basis.

The selection results will be announced no later than on September 4, 2020.

Successful participants will receive an invitation letter from the organizers with all the program details.
