We invite you to study

On October 12, 2020, training at the Autumn Project School begins. Caritas-Spes Ukraine will teach project management: the specifics of developing project ideas and preparing project proposals to attract funding and their successful implementation.

The main topics to be considered are as follows: 

• What is a project and what are its components;
• How to properly define and formulate the project problem, its target groups, goals, objectives and methods of project implementation;
• What resources are needed to implement the project;
• How to develop a project implementation plan and outline the expected results of the project;
• Practical exercises that will help how to identify and set goals, objectives, expected results and potential risks for project implementation. 

We invite teams (2-3 people) from each diocese of Caritas-Spes Ukraine, who have ambitious goals aiming at self-development and development of their community and Ukraine and who are eager to achieve them.
