Meeting the Training Team
Starting next Monday, on September 21, the Training of Trainers (TOT) will begin. We present the team that will implement the training program within the framework of the project Development of Self-Organization and Civic Engagement in Ukraine.
So, we present our three professional trainers and facilitators.
The star coaching tandem is headed by:
HANNA SKYTIOVA
PhD, certified project manager CPM-IPMA, business trainer, facilitator, head of T&D Center Golden Staff.
Credo: He who does not make mistakes, does not achieve perfection.
- 17 years of experience in training and consulting;
- more than 10 thousand hours of training in open and corporate format with business companies in Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Lithuania and Cyprus;
- Project manager and trainer for EBRD, British Council, World Bank, Know-How Foundation, UN programs;
- Teaching and mentoring at IBA programs at IIB, KSE, KNEU, Institute of Applied Sciences (Vienna, Austria) and University of Redlands Business School (California, USA);
- Author of publications on project management and team communications.
OLHA LUSHCHYK
Facilitator, certified business trainer, coach.
Credo: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
- 8 years of experience in facilitating management teams and strategic sessions. Facilitated the work of groups ranging in size from 5 to 150 people and in the level of competence of participants from TOP-management of companies to students-interns. Member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF);
- 8 years of practical experience in training activities. Collaborated as a trainer-facilitator with such companies as: Vodafone, Kyivstar, Alfa-Bank, Lviv National Philharmonic, Pfizer, McDonald's, DTEK, UkraGazBank, Eva, Nestlé, UkrEximBank and many others;
- 17 years of management experience in marketing and sales management;
- Author of training programs on neuro management, system and strategic thinking, as well as creativity technologies.
VIRA USYK
PhD, researcher, trainer, facilitator.
Credo: If you want to go fast - go alone, if you want to go long - go together.
- 7 years of experience in coaching and facilitation in projects and communities: trainer, expert, consultant, project manager of projects supported by IOM, U-LEAD, USAID, US Embassy, ChildFund Deutschland, EU, UNDP, British Council;
- Professor, facilitator, mentor at the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman, Kyiv School of Economics, International Business Institute, KROK University of Economics and Law.
- Master facilitator of the British Council's Active Citizens program.
- Trainer at more than 100 trainings, workshops, internships, seminars, summer schools, team buildings. Developer of author's manuals, courses and trainings. Author of more than 100 scientific publications. Member of working groups on expenditure efficiency at the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
