Who Can Receive Assistance Under the Project Supported by Irish Aid and Trócaire

Within the framework of the project “Continuation of Humanitarian Response in Ukraine in 2026–2027 and Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of Caritas-Spes Ukraine and its Partner Network”, registration has begun for cash assistance in the amount of UAH 10,800.

One of the main objectives of the project is to support people in the greatest need who have been affected by hostilities in areas close to the frontline and in locations that are not covered or are only partially covered by other organizations. To achieve this goal, clear eligibility criteria have been established.

Geographic Coverage

Assistance is provided in settlements located within 0–50 km along the frontline, and in regions bordering the Russian Federation.

To ensure support reaches those who need it most, eligibility criteria are applied. Humanitarian organizations coordinate their efforts to prevent households or individuals from receiving assistance multiple times or from different partners. Each cash assistance application is verified through the Building Blocks deduplication system to prevent double funding from multiple sources.
