Multipurpose cash assistance from the project was provided to internally displaced persons from areas where mandatory evacuation was announced during the first 30 days, to those affected by enemy shelling, to families of those killed as a result of shelling, and to people whose homes were damaged by hostilities. This assistance was designed for three months to help people adapt to new living conditions and to support those living in frontline areas.

Specialized hygiene kits were specifically developed by the Caritas-Spes procurement team to provide bedridden people with all the necessary personal hygiene items. They were distributed to residents in areas close to the front line — in Nikopol, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Bilozerka.
