“Vohnyky” Volunteer Team of Caritas-Spes Vinnytsia
“We bring warmth to those who need it most!”
In September 2023, a volunteer team called “Vohnyky” was formed at the Caritas-Spes Vinnytsia center, starting with just 6 members. Today, our team includes 15 young, active, and inspired volunteers who strive to bring warmth, support, and hope to those in need.
Our Mission and Values
We unite young people in service to others, spreading mercy, kindness, and hope through volunteer work grounded in Christian values. Our goal is to help those in need and support the community by building a better future rooted in love and mutual aid.
Main Focus Area
Working with vulnerable children, including:
- Children who are internally displaced persons (IDPs)
- Children from families in difficult life circumstances (DLC)
Projects We’ve Carried Out
- Outreach psycho-emotional support for children from IDP and vulnerable families
- Social integration of these children through games, communication, and creativity
